We fix boilers across London. That’s what we do, and we’ve been doing it for twenty years.

Who We Are

Boiler Repairs R Us was founded by a heating engineer who spent years working for other companies before deciding to do things properly. Twenty years later, we’re a team of 32 engineers covering everything inside the M25.

We’re not a franchise. We’re not a network of random contractors. Every engineer on our team works for us directly, carries a Gas Safe card, and knows what they’re doing.

What We Actually Do

We specialise in boiler repairs. Not plumbing. Not bathroom fitting. Not “a bit of everything.” Boilers.

When you call a company that does everything, you get someone who knows a bit about a lot. When you call us, you get someone who’s seen your exact problem a hundred times before.

We work on every make. Vaillant, Worcester, Baxi, Ideal, the lot. Old boilers, new boilers, ones that haven’t been serviced in years. If it’s a boiler and it’s broken, we can usually fix it.

How We Work

You call, a person answers. That person is Simon, and he runs our customer service. We don’t use automated systems to answer phones. You speak to someone who can actually book you in and answer your questions.

An engineer comes out. They diagnose the problem, tell you what’s wrong, and give you a price before starting any work. No surprises.

We fix it. Our vans carry universal parts like fuses and sensors, the common stuff that fails. For specific parts, we can usually source them quickly.

We stand behind the work. Every repair comes with a one year warranty covering parts and labour. If something we fitted fails within twelve months, we come back and sort it at no extra cost.

Where We Cover

Everything inside the M25. North, South, East, West, Central. We’ve covered the whole of London from day one. We didn’t start in one area and expand. We set out to cover the city properly, and we still do.

That means wherever you are in London, there’s usually an engineer nearby who can get to you the same day.

What We Don’t Do

We don’t pretend to be something we’re not.

• We’re not the cheapest. There’s always someone who’ll quote less. Whether they’ll actually fix your boiler properly is another question.
• We don’t do “call out fees then walk away.” If we come out, we’re there to fix the problem.
• We don’t install kitchens, fix leaking taps, or rewire your house. Boilers. That’s it.

Twenty Years

We’ve been doing this since 2005. In that time, we’ve seen boiler technology change completely, from old back boilers to modern condensing combis. We’ve adapted, trained, and kept up.

Twenty years also means we’ve seen what works and what doesn’t. We know which parts fail early. We know which manufacturers make solid boilers and which ones cut corners. We pass that knowledge on when you ask for advice.
